    What are your office hours?

    GoWork staff are generally onsite Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. For members with Dedicated Desks and Private Offices, the space is accessible by key card 24/7.

    Can I stop in or should I make an appointment for a tour?

    We encourage you to schedule tours in advance. This ensures our availability and helps our team focus on helping you find the right space. Give us a call at +62 21 3000 6718 or submit book a tour form to schedule a tour!

    I am a current GoWork member and love my space! Are there referral rewards if I send a friend to a GoWork location?

    Yes! Our referral program rewards GoWork members with 10% of the membership fee of the individual who signs up.

    What membership plans do you offer?

    GoWork Membership

    Access to GoWork events and workshops, and 2 free days of Hot Desks – good for those who wants to stay connected but may not need a permanent work space.

    Hot Desk

    A shared workspace in a common area with a GoWork Membership. When you purchase a Hot Desk, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk. This daily plan includes free refreshments, Wi-Fi, scanning, and faxing. Bi-weekly, and monthly plans are also available with additional benefits such as free printing, conference room hours, and a GoWork Membership.

    Dedicated Desk

    An assigned desk space in the common area shared with other members. This dedicated space comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Desktops may be set up and left overnight. This plan includes our GoWork Membership, 24/7 keycard access, free Wi-Fi and refreshment, 150 sheets of free printing, scanning, and faxing, as well as 15 conference room hours.

    Private office

    A fully enclosed, lockable office space with the added flexibility of sizing up as the company grows. This plan includes our GoWork Membership, 24/7 keycard access, free printing, as well as conference rooms hours.

    How do I purchase a plan?

    GoWork Membership and Hot Desk can be purchased in-person at GoWork or online at www.go-work.com/plans. For Dedicated Desk and Private Office, please call us at +62 21 3000 6718 for more information.

    What is workspace?

    A daily workspace is designated seating in a shared desk area that has ample seating, work surfaces, and access to power.

    Do all memberships begin on the 1st of the month?

    Membership and Hot Desk plans begin the day you sign up. Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships begin on the 1st of the month. Our one-calendar month move-out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

    Are your memberships really month-to-month?

    Yes! Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business. GoWork also offers longer term commitments as well as shorter term hot desking; call us at +62 21 3000 6718 for more information.

    I have a membership plan. Do I have to reserve a workspace before coming into work?

    If you have a GoWork Membership or Hot Desk plan, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day; you can come and go as needed and use any available desk in the common area.

    Can I register guests for my workspace?

    At this time, GoWork Membership, Hot Desk, and Dedicated Desk members are not allowed to bring guests to their workspace. If you would like to invite a guest to your workspace, please book a conference room.

    What if I’m looking for a dedicated desk or private office more than 30 days in the future?

    Please speak to our Community Manager and we’ll be happy to discuss potential options with you.

    Can guests visit me in my private office?

    Yep, of course! They just need to register at the reception, after which, you can bring them to your office.

    I need to add members to my team. How do I do that?

    The best way to do this is to speak with our Community Manager and someone will meet you to help you out.

    How do I change plans (i.e., from Hot Desk to Dedicated Desk)?

    The best way to do this is to speak with our Community Manager and someone will meet you to help you out.

    When do I have to let GoWork know I’m moving out?

    Members with Dedicated Desks or Private Offices are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out or transfer offices. Memberships and Hot Desks can be cancelled at any time online.

  • Facilities & Amenities

    What facilities are available at GoWork?

    Super-fast, reliable internet

    Every member will be given a Wi-Fi password. Each private office will be provided with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection, as well as access to Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses and server storage are available at an additional cost.

    Conference room time

    Free conference room hours will be given according to your membership type. Additional usage above your allotted conference room time will be billed additionally.

    GoWork network

    Connect with other members, share your experiences, product launches, events, job listings, services. It’s a great way to collaborate and connect with other entrepreneurs and like-minded people.

    Furniture

    We provide work tables with and ergonomically designed chairs for a comfortable work environment. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices also have lockable filing cabinets.

    Printing/Copying/Scanning

    We provide professional grade printing/copying/scanning machine. Free printouts will vary according to your membership type.

    Refreshments

    Free flow coffee, tea, and fruit water all day, everyday.

    What if my company needs phone service?

    Phone service is only available for Private Offices. Additional charges apply.

    Can I add mail and package handling?

    Mail and package handling is available as an add-on service for IDR 480.000 /month.

    Can I have multiple mailing addresses for one account?

    No, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.

    How do I reserve a conference room or workspace?

    As a member, simply login to your account at members.go-work.com and book a conference room accordingly. If your conference room usage exceeds the number of allotted hours in your plan, you will be billed accordingly.

    How do I change conference room or workspace booking?

    You can change your conference room booking by going back online into your account.

    With a membership, can I book a conference room or workspace on the weekend?

    At this time, a membership only allows access to workspaces and conference rooms from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

    I just reserved a conference room. How do I register my guests?

    You can register your guests at the reception.

    What size conference rooms do you have?

    We have 3 conference rooms: 2 small ones that can accommodate teams of 4-5 and 1 large one that can accommodate teams of 10.

    How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?

    All members will be given a Wi-Fi access code upon registering at our reception.

    How does printing work? Or copying? Or scanning?

    All members will be given a printing code upon registering at our reception. Most plans come with a certain number of free black and white printing, and if you exceed your usage, you will be billed accordingly.

    What are the additional fees for booking meeting rooms, event space, printing, mail and package handling, etc.?

    Conference and meeting rooms: IDR 250.000 /hour or IDR 1.500.000 /full day. Event space: IDR 3.000.000 /3 hours. Printing: IDR 2.000 /color or IDR 500 /BW. Business address (includes mail and package handling): IDR 480.000 /month. Company incorporation services: Starting at IDR 5.000.000. Accounting and administrative services: Starting at IDR 2.500.000.

  • Payment

    I’m ready to sign up! What are my payment options?

    If you’re purchasing a membership online, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. If you’re purchasing a plan in-person at GoWork, we accept both credit card and cash. For those with long-term memberships, we can also accept bank transfers to: BCA (Thamrin Nine Branch), Account Name: PT GoWork Kreasi Indonesia, Account Number: 5395 3333 11.

    How am I charged for the things I use when they are add-ons?

    For members with monthly memberships, add-ons will be billed to you separately at the end of the month. All other members will be required to settle their add-ons at the end of the day.

    Is there a retainer or set up fee required to secure a dedicated desk or private office?

    For Dedicated Desks, we require a service retainer equal to one month of your monthly membership fee. For Private Offices, we require a service retainer equal to two months of your monthly fee. The retainer is refundable at the end.

    How can I review my monthly invoice?

    Does GoWork charge late fees?

    We charge a late fee of 2% per month of the outstanding invoice for payments we haven’t received by the 7th of the month.
